1. Initial Contact & Quotation
We’ll discuss your storage needs and provide a tailored quote based on the value and type of gold, silver or precious metal No obligation, and total discretion.
We also offer vaulting services for other precious objects.

2. Onboarding
Once you accept the quote, we register you as the legal asset holder with a valid passport or photo ID . If you’re arranging delivery from abroad instead of visiting, onboarding can also be completed online.

3. Delivery & Secure Vaulting
You can deliver your assets in person or arrange secure transport (we can assist if needed). Upon arrival, it is stored by our authorised team in a designated safe deposit box within the restricted-access vault.

4. Safekeeping Receipt Issued
If desired, we can issue a signed Safekeeping Receipt (SKR) confirming custody of your asset. This document includes the terms of custody and asset description. This can be used as proof for audits or succession planning.

1. Do I need to live in Gibraltar to store gold in your vault?
No, you don’t need to be a Gibraltar resident. We have clients from all over the world who choose Gibraltar for its location, legal neutrality, and discretion. Whether you're based in Spain, elsewhere in Europe, or anywhere in the world— you can still use our vaulting service.
2. What’s the difference between gold vaulting and renting a personal safe deposit box?
Our gold storage service is different from renting a personal box. Your gold is stored in a separate, highly secure area of our vault that’s only accessible to authorised Group 4 personnel. The main benefit is, unlike a personal safe deposit box, you don’t need to visit our vault in person. You can send us your gold for secure storage, saving time and increasing convenience.
3. What documents do I need to get started?
To begin, we require a valid passport or national photo ID. If you'd like to make the process faster, we recommend contacting us in advance — that way we can prepare a quote and onboarding steps before your visit (or shipment).
4. Do I need to come in person to store my gold?
No, you don’t. You can complete the onboarding process remotely, and then send your gold to us via secure courier. Once received, it will be stored immediately under our custody and fully documented.
5. What documentation do I receive?
If requested, we provide a signed Safekeeping Receipt (SKR) that confirms storage under your name, including the asset description and date of deposit. This document is completely private — it is not shared with anyone and is not part of any public registry.
6. Is my gold insured while in storage?
Yes — your gold & precious metals are automatically insured up to £25,000 at no extra cost. If you're storing a higher value you are free to hire any additional insurance you wish. We can help you do this through a trusted third-party provider. We'd be happy to help you do this.
7. Can I access the vault or see my gold?
Because you’re entrusting your gold to our custody service, you cannot access the vault area yourself. However, you’re welcome to schedule a visit to view your gold, or appoint someone to verify it on your behalf. And of course, you may withdraw your gold at any time.
8. How long is the contract? Can I renew?
The minimum contract is 12 months. You’ll receive a renewal reminder as your term ends, with the option to renew or retrieve your gold. Everything is handled with discretion and clarity.
9. Can you help with transport or logistics?
Yes, we’re happy to assist. We can connect you with trusted courier services and help coordinate secure delivery to our vault. Contact us for more information.
10. Where in Gibraltar are you located?
We’re located in the heart of Gibraltar, on the ground floor of Leon House, No. 1 Secretary’s Lane, Gibraltar . Only 30 meters away from main street and less than a 10 minute walk from Casemates Square. Our facilities are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and in the afternoons from 14:30 to 17:30. You don't need an appointment to visit.
